Volvo is debuting a new electric vehicle later this year, and the world will soon be able to buy the famous Swedish luxury car manufacturer's latest take on its EVs, the EX90. It is an electric car that brings a new feature for all, and it is with the Standard LiDAR safety technology it boasts of, coming for all future drivers of the vehicle. 

Volvo EX90 Release Date Revealed

Two new EVs are coming to Volvo's upcoming unveiling to the world, with the company releasing new information regarding the EX90, its fully-electric vehicle coming with all the safety needs. Volvo's latest premiere brought information to its EX90 vehicle, with many design references to the Concept Recharge revealed last 2021. 

Apart from being a clean energy vehicle, the Volvo EX90 will also feature the safest technology there is to modern cars, or so the company claims. It is something that the company has been teasing for a long time now, with the 2024 Volvo EX90 being the recipient of the latest development for its features and safety.

The company's latest press release brings information about what the EX90 would pack, and it is an all-seeing technology to ensure safety for all. 

Volvo EX90's LiDAR

Volvo announced before that it is already working on LiDAR or laser imaging, detecting, and ranging, a known technology now used for most vehicles to perceive traffic and use its system to act on it. It is the main feature coming for the EX90's release, serving the world with a new experience on safety and road awareness with its all-seeing eyes.

Volvo is one stellar name in the automotive industry as it delivered luxury, performance, and everything which people want on a vehicle for many years now, with its latest releases centering on clean energy. Apart from electric vehicles, Volvo offers a significant venture for all, and it is the wireless charging stations that are now available throughout Sweden for its pilot. 

It will first deliver its power to electric taxis available in the country, and it will help replenish their batteries while they are waiting for their passengers. 

The Swedish car manufacturer also faced significant chip shortage problems in the past, but the company aims to overturn this setback in its current releases for upcoming EVs. It is known that Volvo would also be a recipient of Qualcomm's processors made for vehicles, centering its production on the global car manufacturers' needs. 

The new Volvo EX90 is its electric take on the famed SUV of the company, joining the new XC90 arriving to the world which would debut an all-electric experience for all. There are two EVs coming, but the EX90 would stand out among the rest as it would be the company's take on the safest car there is available to the world, sporting LiDAR for its needs.
