According to Electrek's latest report, Tesla has released a prototype preview of the Optimus humanoid robot. The popular automaker is preparing to reveal more information about this technology on Sept. 30.

In line with the AI Day #2 event, the company CEO Elon Musk has dropped an image featuring the robotic hands of the upcoming prototype. Although it looks promising, many people quickly criticized this creation.

Some robot experts said that Tesla bots are "unfeasible" to make so they are unlikely to be created.

Is it Feasible to Create Tesla Bots?

The modern world has been thriving with artificial intelligence and advanced machinery. Robots are made to make our lives easier, but somehow, it does not apply at all times.

Moreover, the robot professionals are keen in their statement that Tesla could potentially hold no advantage by the time it rolls out its prototype in the next two months.

In the same report by the tech site, by the time Tesla shows the Tesla humanoid robot prototype, several revelations might be unveiled. As such, it could provide "unsettling" impacts regarding the practices of the carmaker.

Creating a formidable robot will not only showcase the power of machines and AI, but this very same invention could pave the way to help other people, especially persons with disabilities (PWDs).

If the company is very firm that it will create a close model to humans, they should drop more details about it soon. Nevertheless, this could only mean one thing: Tesla is intentionally slowing down its progress, although it knows that it could right away give help to PWDs.
